Where a Cedrus Group brand such as Cedrus Design & Construct is relevant to a recommendation, we disclose that relationship.

Yes. Each service stands on its own. A pre-lease cost review or a tender review can be engaged separately, or we can run the full path from premises assessment through to opening day.

We work on agreed fixed fees for defined scopes, set out after we understand the brief. We don't take commissions from contractors or suppliers. Our fee is paid by you, so our advice stays in your interest.

We prepare realistic budgets and supporting information, and can coordinate with your finance professional. We're not a lender and we don't recommend loan products. An introduction to a commercial finance professional is available on request, or we can work with your existing broker or lender.

It depends on the service. For a pre-lease review, the lease heads of terms and a sense of the fitout brief are enough to begin. We'll tell you exactly what's needed once we understand where you are in the process. We won't ask for sensitive documents before we've spoken.

Cedrus Advisory prepares project information and coordinates with your finance professional. Finance professionals and lenders handle finance assessment, recommendations, applications and approval.

Yes. We can coordinate with your existing finance professional within the agreed scope.

We identify project costs and allowances appropriate to the scope. Operating capital and broader business funding requirements should also be discussed with your accountant and finance professional.
