The service
Cedrus Advisory provides client-side project advisory services — premises and fitout reviews, cost planning, design and approvals coordination, tender review and contractor selection, client-side project management, and refurbishment and multi-site rollout planning. The services provided in any engagement are defined in a written appointment.
What we are not
We are not lawyers, structural engineers, registered certifiers or the principal contractor. A builder's licence authorises building work; it does not authorise legal advice, engineering or statutory certification. Lease interpretation, enforceability and legal negotiation are handled by a suitably qualified solicitor. Specialist inputs and site investigations depend on the agreed appointment.
Fees
Fees are quoted after reviewing the scope of each engagement. Indicative budget ranges shown anywhere on this site refer to project or fitout budgets, not consultancy fees, and any exploratory figures discussed in planning are not business prices.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee savings, approvals, opening dates or commercial success. Estimates are stage-dependent and are not fixed contractor quotes. We do not guarantee a contractor's solvency or future performance.
Relationships
Cedrus Group Pty Ltd includes construction and specialist trading brands. Where a relationship with any contractor is relevant to a recommendation, it is disclosed. Procurement recommendations are based on project needs.
